What is the shipping cost?

The shipping cost varies. It will be shown based on your total purchase and your location. It will appear at checkout, before the purchase is confirmed. Don't worry, nothing here is hidden. Transparency is part of our policy.

 

How are the shipments made?

We work with several delivery models, all to serve you in the best possible way. But in a more technical and detailed way, everything will depend on the products that you and your pet choose.
Unfortunately, the products do not leave from only one place, for this very reason the delivery time also varies. We deliver both by conventional means, such as the Post Office and Sedex, and international shipments, via Latam Cargo, for example.

 

Where can I receive my order?

We ship all over Brazil and internationally as well. We will not be one more to put barriers between you and your best friend.

 

How long does it take for the order to arrive?

The delivery time will depend on the type of shipping selected. In general, it takes between 3 and 7 business days after payment confirmation. However, we cannot fail to mention that we have products that may take up to 31 business days because they take longer to be made and leave from more distant places. Always pay attention to the shipping time. Any questions just call us on chat support or contact via e-mail.

 

What is the deadline for an exchange?

If you regret your purchase, you have up to 7 days after the purchase to request a refund.

 

What should I do if the product does not arrive in good condition?

Do you have partnerships? Which ones?
